Vancouver, British Columbia – Motic, a leading provider of digital pathology solutions, today announced that the MoticEasyScan product line of Whole Slide Scanners obtained a Health Canada Class II Medical Device License.
MoticEasyScan systems are now certified for Clinical use in Canada, introducing, for the first time, high-quality and affordable solutions to facilitate Digital Pathology adoption in Canada. Health Canada Class II certification will enable pathologists in Canada to use the MoticEasyScan scanners and software as diagnostic tools to scan, share and use whole-slide images for primary diagnosis.
